On the occasion of Africom, the pre-eminent media and communication event being held in Cape Town, South Africa (7-9 Nvember) a DRM Short wave BBC transmission was sent by Babcock International from their transmitter in Ascension Island towards this part of the world.

The DRM Consortium has also been active in the ABU General Assembly held in China at the end of October and the Natexpo fair in Moscow held in the last week of October too. More details in our November newsletter due next week.
