Consortium Agreement

The Consortium Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which the members undertake to co-operate in order to carry out the Project. It also sets out the Members obligations, rights and liabilities. All organisations joining the DRM must sign the Consortium Agreement (CA). 

"The Consortium Agreement has become available for signature from 14th August, 1999. Since then, the document has been amended five times. The latest modifications were approved by the General Assembly held on 30th March, 2006 in Istanbul, Turkey."
