14 Jun Suedwestrundfunk Re-Starts DRM Transmission

After extensive investigation and modification work on their antenna system and the DRM transmitter, SÜDWESTRUNDFUNK (SWR) have re-started DRM transmission from their medium wave transmitter site of Obereisesheim, which is located about 50 km north of Stuttgart, Germany. The transmission started on May 31 on the frequency 711 kHz with a power of 2 KW. Transradio provided the support to SWR for this transmission.
