The DRM Energy Efficiency Calculator tool focuses in general on the energy savings specifically for both AM and FM the answer could be quite simple. Divide the transmitter power and costs by 6 as we can run up to 6 signals on one FM frequency form one transmitter.
A Multi-DRM setup will also provide huge additional savings in terms of frequency bandwidth consumption (no guard gaps required between transmissions), equipment space/maintenance (single transmission for multiple DRM broadcasters), etc. multi-DRM signals from a single FM transmitter.
