At the recently held IBC event in Amsterdam, the DRM Consortium announced it has decided to open its doors to any stakeholder interested in promoting and introducing the DRM digital radio standard.

The announcement of free DRM membership has got a lot of attention and applications from all corners of the world have arrived at projectoffice@drm.org.

We are happy to welcome interested stakeholders and wish to cooperate with them straight away as any company and organisation can join for free as an associate member for a year. A brief application form and a one-time small administration fee is all that is needed. After one year, there is the option to stay, either as an associate member, or become a full DRM member with voting rights and enjoying all the extra benefits.
