At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 held in Las Vegas, USA, at the beginning of this year, Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) Consortium and the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) representatives used the opportunity to meet and discuss key developments of interest to both organisations.

The agenda included technical advancements, standardisation progress, and upcoming steps to benefit broadcasters and strengthen the overall ATSC/DRM ecosystem.
ATSC joined the DRM Consortium at the end of last year. They also reaffirmed their shared commitment to advancing the global implementation of both systems.
