DRM Explained to Irish Listeners on World Radio Day

On the eve of the World Radio Day, celebrated every year on February 13th, DRM Chairman, Ruxandra Obreja addressed key questions on the DRM standard and the Cosnortium activity in an extensive interview given to the Irish Station Near FM, a BAI-licensed community media project operated by Near Media Co-operative Society Limited. The station is one of the founding members of CRAOL, The Community Radio Forum of Ireland. The interview questions ranged from: what DRM is technically, to main differences from other standards and benefits for listeners, broadcasters and regulators.
