New easy to use document highlighting the differences between the previous ETSI edition of ES 201 980 [i.3] published in June 2012 and the new ETSI ES 201 980 V4.1.1 (2014-01) which adds the MPEG xHE-AAC audio codec and deprecates the former speech only codecs. This document is of great benefit to all companies in the process of upgrading their implementations (receivers and encoders) to the latest ETSI version.
