Indian DRM Supporter’s successful Car Awareness Campaign in Goa

Dr. Thamminana K. Rao, a great Indian supporter of DRM, carried out a publicity automotive campaign in the Indian state of Goa which ended successfully on February 2nd.

His voluntary initiative was aimed at car owners, drivers, customers, new sales managers of car showrooms and students of electronics, communication and journalism students at University engineering colleges in the state of Goa, India.

The campaign was thus conducted at various showrooms, including Maruti, MG Motors, Toyota, and Mercedes Benz. In the smallest of Indian states, Goa, there are nearly two hundred thousand cars equipped with DRM Digital Radio reception facilities.

The campaign included additional programs featuring sample surveys and feedback from approximately 150 sales staff, car owners, and drivers across five showrooms visited during the four days of the campaign. Guest lectures at engineering colleges targeting students of Electronics & Communications and Journalism are also scheduled during these two days.
