Definitely the Emergency Warning Functionality – EWF- which is an inherent part of the open, all frequency band DRM. This has been tested and shown to work in demonstrations and is already installed in Asia. The other great feature is distance learning. DRM has the capacity to deliver audio, pictures and text in several languages which makes it ideal for providing education, training and general information locally, or at great distance, even to people without access to IP or even electricity connecting the disconnected.
