The DRM General Assembly 2025, a global and comprehensive event, is scheduled to take place again (after the success of the 2024 meeting) in Dubai, UAE on May 16-17. For latest details always check: drm.org/ga-2025.
The first, full day, May 16th, will be open to members and guests and promises to be already richer and more comprehensive than previous similar meetings. Those who cannot travel and join us in person can attend via zoom.

The first, full DRM GA Day, May 16th, is open to members and guests. The DRM General Assembly will include the latest updates on key markets like Indonesia, China, India, Nepal, Pakistan, South Africa, other countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe. There will be comprehensive presentations and demonstrations of receivers and new receiving solutions as well as on the e-learning successful project in Africa and emergency warning functionality inbuilt in the DRM standard.
You will also have a chance to see receivers from Gospell, Starwave and also, for the first time, the newly developed module available in two complete configurations:
one supporting DRM/DAB/FM/AM and the other supporting DRM/CDR/FM/AM.
RF2Digital and Elements Innovation, both members of the DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) Consortium will be able to introduce and demonstrate this first module at the 2025 DRM GA.
Solar Grove Solutions, a US leading innovator in consumer electronics, is also working hard to manufacture (in India) its All-Band (MW, SW, VHF – FM) Analog and Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) receiver model N88, to show it in Dubai. The N88 is developed in close collaboration with Consortium members CML Micro and Alongside Tech.
Top speakers have also been invited to this annual DRM event. They are for the first time Ms Madeleine Noland, President of the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) and Mr Stefano Fallaha, CEO and Founder of Podeo (podeo.co), a media company based in the Middle East.
The 17th May half day will be a closed, members only, GA meeting dedicated to the evaluation of the progress made by DRM recently and setting the strategy for the coming year.
