We understand the Pakistan public broadcaster will start with simulcasting for one or two years so that receiver ecosystem develops. There are already suggestions in Pakistan for looking at dongles to be connected to mobile phones and car stereo systems (as this solution exists already). In parallel and to start with some hundreds of receivers will be acquired to be distributed among prominent and technical people and staff to spread awareness of existence and advantages of DRM broadcasts.
